As part of our hosting arrangments Tectalic has arranged for Updraft Plus to be installed on a number of client websites. This is for Tectalic use only.
Your core website backup service is provided by your hosting provider – WP Engine or Pressable. They provide your ‘one click’ backup and recovery facilities from your hosting login. If you need assistance accessing these, please contact us.
If you notice UpdraftPlus listed in your WordPress plugins, please leave it enabled. You may also notice UpdraftPlus sent emails in your Email Log and/or Sent Mail. These can be safely ignored.
