My Home
The “My Home” project is an immediate response to provide housing for homeless people or those at risk of homelessness.
They use a Public Private Partnership (PPP) model to bring together government, church, private sector and Community Housing Providers (CHP) to share the responsibility of creating housing for homeless people. The site features intuitive sections which help the user to understand the mission of My Home and how they can get involved.
