Keys Plan Management looks after the money side of NDIS plans. The team pays providers and tracks budgets for participants across WA, Victoria and the Northern Territory, as part of the My Way Community Alliance.

Tectalic built the Keys brand and its first website. In October 2026 we redesigned the site so anyone looking for a plan manager can see what Keys does, and how to start, within seconds of landing.

What changed for participants

Straight answers

The home page leads with what families ask first: what it costs, and how quickly providers get paid.

The site walks people through signing up, from the first call to the first invoice paid. Support coordinators have their own path for referring a client.

Help in your language

The team speaks Hindi and Nepalese. The site now says so up front, for families who find the NDIS harder in a second language, and a button on every page translates it.

Easier to read

We made the text larger and switched to a typeface designed for easy reading. Then we checked every page on a phone and fixed the colours that were hard to read.

Why it's good value

Plan management has its own funding in an NDIS plan, so choosing Keys doesn't eat into a participant's support budget. Plan-managed participants can also use providers that aren't NDIS-registered, which gives them more choice. The new site explains both before anyone has to pick up the phone.

The forms and blog carried over, and every page kept its web address. Families still find what they used before.
