We are excited to launch a new website for Mindspace, part of the My Way family of companies. Mindspace is a team that delivers Positive Behaviour Support for NDIS participants so that they can fully benefit from the support services within their NDIS plan.
The Tectalic team worked on the branding, assisting with the copywriting and image selection, as well as the website’s design, build, and launch. A style guide was produced as part of the project to ensure that marketing assets such as email signatures, business cards, and other tools present the brand in a way that reflects the company’s professionalism.
The project aimed to explain the services and introduce the team who deliver the Positive Behaviour Support services. Special attention has been paid to ensuring ease of use for prospective clients, referrers, carers, and families.
Forms such as referrals, feedback, and incident reports have been integrated into the website to facilitate communication. Quick links have been used on several pages to assist with site content navigation. A governance section carries links to Mindspace policy documents.
This website reflects the positive and professional approach of the Mindspace team. They are dedicated to ensuring that all participants feel informed and confident when engaging professional assistance with behaviours of concern.
