We are excited to launch a new website for Konnectus Support Coordination, which is part of the My Way family of companies. Konnectus is a team of specialist support coordinators who work with NDIS participants to improve the benefits people gain from their NDIS plan.
Tectalic worked on the new branding, assisting with the copywriting and image selection, as well as the design, build, and launch of the website. A style guide was produced as part of the project to ensure that marketing assets such as email signatures, business cards, and other tools present the brand in a way that reflects the professionalism of the company.
The project aimed to explain the services and introduce the team that delivers the NDIS support coordination. Special attention has been paid to ensuring ease of use for prospective clients, referrers, carers, and families.
Forms such as referrals, feedback, and incident reports have been integrated into the website to facilitate communication. Quicklinks have been used on several pages to assist with site content navigation. A governance section carries links to Konnectus policy documents.
This website reflects the positive and vibrant culture developed by the Konnectus team. They are dedicated to ensuring that all participants feel informed and in control of their NDIS plan.
