We’ve been listening closely to the feedback, and version 1.2 of the WooCommerce Zapier plugin has just been released, containing some nice new features and enhancements that were suggested by our users:
Virtual and Downloadable Product Support
Processing
order status and go straight to Completed
.
This meant that the New Order
trigger was not firing for orders that consist of only virtual & downloadable products.
As of version 1.2 of the WooCommerce Zapier Integration plugin, virtual & downloadable product orders are also sent to Zapier during the New Order
trigger.

Product Add-ons Extension Compatibility
The product add-ons data is now sent to Zapier as part of the line_items
field, allowing it to be used in Zap filters.
Gravity Forms Add-ons Extension Compatibility
The Gravity Forms add-ons data is now sent to Zapier as part of the line_items
field, allowing it to be used in Zap filters.
Order Line Item Metadata
Order line item metadata is now sent to Zapier as part of the new line_items.item_meta
array, allowing it to be used in Zap filters.

“This Zapier Feed is inactive” Warning Improvements
When adding a new Zapier Feed, the “This Zapier Feed is inactive” warning is now only displayed when necessary.
Improved On-Screen Documentation
The Add/Edit Zapier Feed screen now includes clearer trigger descriptions:

Please note that version 1.2 of the WooCommerce Zapier Integration plugin requires WooCommerce 2.1.0 or newer – it will not work with WooCommerce 2.0.x.
