Branding, Website, Stationery Social Media Graphics, SEO Health, Print & Digital Marketing Support

The Client

My Way supports, promotes, and upholds the care, needs and rights of the people with disability, elderly people and families and carers. My Way approached us because they had seen some of our previous work and wanted a friendly, approachable, modern look for their business. It had been years since any visual or messaging updates. The My Way online presence wasn’t keeping up with the scale and quality of the services offered by the business.

Branding

Our first step was to work with My Way to update their logo. We talked to them about what makes the company so successful. Their team is diverse, approachable and friendly and we wanted those themes to come through in the rebrand. We worked closely with My Way to come up with some visual identity options. The logo is bright, diverse and almost playful to match the friendly tone of the company.

The Working Process

We loved working with My Way because of their positive attitude. From the start they were open, interested, enthusiastic, and really engaged through the feedback processes. They worked closely with us to co-ordinate internal feedback. From that feedback they gave us clear direction.

Brand Application

The rollout of the new company brand included digital and print assets to help maintain a seamless presentation across all the client touch points.

Print Assets

  • Business Cards
  • Presentation Folder
  • Service Flyers
  • Company Banners for Exhibitions & Events
  • Wall Graphics

Digital Assets

  • Website with
    • referral forms
    • PDF downloads
    • team profiles
    • service page
  • Social Media Profile Graphics

Head Office Presentation

During the rebranding process, My Way relocated. Their new brand colour palette was incorporated in the new look in their meeting rooms. It helped inform them colour choices in their reception and signage at the front of the building.

Visual Transformation

We loved this project because we were able to transform the look of the organisation across many levels.

My Way was always a great organisation. Working together we were able to help ensure that the visual presentation matched the quality of their offering and that was a satisfying experience.

Ongoing Marketing Support

We have enjoyed an ongoing working relationship. My Way has come onboard as one of our marketing support retainer clients. This means that we can help the organisation maximise the use of their website. We can continue to work to develop print and digital assets. Areas of future opportunity include a style guide, online competitor analysis, SEO health, exhibition display, branded uniforms and posters for staff communication.

We are continually working with My Way to strengthen their online presence in areas of priority for the business. We are keen to facilitate publishing of online articles and realise the potential for My Way to build on its industry reputation for thought leadership in how NDIS services are delivered.
